There were several reasons - the materials are fairly flimsy and hard to support due to the complex shape. I was also cutting it pretty close to a weird "hump" in the undertray which I did *not* want to breach by accident.
v 1.0 is always the messiest and slowest - I could probably do a better job second time around - just hope I don't have to.
