Apropo ... advise ..... Yes take long walks ... if you need a purpose to do so get a dog like I did
now I walk 10 KM a day (better then the Gym) ... lost 15 pounds in the past 4 weeks
Oh yes we had our Thanksgiving before you fellows and I must admit I had similar experiences with my bolsters
