i ordered tires from discount tire a few weeks ago. it was strapped together in pairs and each pair of tires had a packing slip and billing info taped on the tire surface...no wrapping or bag or anything like that...
if you want to wrap it, how bout getting some tire bags from the local tire/wheel store?
