Biggest sizes that fit or biggest sizes that fit AND provide good performance? Your performance gain is diminished if you install a tire that's too wide for the rim.

I wouldn't go wider than 275 mm on the 9.5" rear wheel and 255mm on the 8.5" front wheel. There are people who have gone wider but I don't recommend it. Some autocross rules limit wheel sizing so I have seen some auto-crossers run very wide tires on OEM wheels.
