I used to valet as a kid and I think becuase of my love/appreciation of cars I NEVER did anything bad, hell I never even adjusted the seat assuming I couldn't really fit.
M3's are great but are relatively a dime a dozen here in LA. Unless I owned a Ferrari or Lambo I would NEVER have a problem giving my keys to a valet.
