Happens from time to time. I remember one time I was driving through a pretty wide stretch of road with about 3 open lanes. I was in the middle lane driving casually when some gardening pickup trunk starts tailgating me. I kinda ignore it and drive at the same pace. He eventually starts flashing his high beams, pulls up in the lane next to me, then proceeds to flick me off and yell out a string of spanish (or some similar language I guess). Most random encounter I've ever had
