I agree. I put a deposit down on the E46 M3 and then waited like 15 months til I got the car! 5 months after getting the car a rod bearing went bad and I needed a new engine........swore i'd never get the first production run of any car after that. The E9x M3 was out for 2+ years before I got my 2010 E92.........just fine with me
