even $330 seems like a rip-off. I cant believe shops are charging so much to install lowering springs. Maybe because its a bmw? I know its not a m3 but i've had springs installed on honda s2000's, civics, acura rsx for $100-$150 at very reputable shops, they took about 2hours to install
