However, my certification certificate will state accurate to +-5mph. Any ticket within that range will get thrown out if the driver takes it to court. I always gave them 15-20mph. Only interested in the "high rollers". I cannot remember the last time I wrote a speeding ticket, something about marked car slows them down. Or is it the fact that I don't give a shit about speeders unless it is just outrageously fast.
