Could be a vice if you let it control your life IE an obsession. My son is that way and it's so frustrating, he's an exercise physiology major - college swimmer water polo player and he'll go to the gym for 3 hours but forget to wash clothes or clean up becasue he has to go work out. It's damn maddening sometimes.
