Contact your dealer and provide them your VIN as well as the part number for the module the seller has posted. They will be able to tell you from your VIN if your car is pre-wired for satellite radio, and if the part number you provide is applicable to your car.
That's what I did when I found a seller on here with a module for sale. All checked out with the dealer, I purchased the module, installed it, and then took the car to the dealer for coding to activate satellite radio in my car.
