You can import a salvage title car for parts or for rebuilding. If imported for parts, you have to show it was parted. In Ontario, a salvage title car cannot be driven, so even though RIV allows it, you'll have all sorts of problems (you'll need to have it rebuilt certified etc, and Porsche won't give you a recall letter on a salvage title). In addition, because the car has a VIN, you'll have a hard time showing its only for off-road use, and the CBSA may refuse its import.
