I'll call your bluff.
1) Post your PayPal 7 day payment log where you "happened to get a number of paypal payments this week."
2) Now post another screenshot of your PayPal payment log, this time dating back 5 months ago (when you guys agreed upon the refund) and let's see if you had enough credit during this stint to pay OP back the $1,100 like you both agreed upon.
3) Post a screenshot of the payment log(s) of the associated bank(s), WITH another screenshot of all the banks that are actually linked to your PayPal, within the last 5 months and let's see if you had enough credit to return his money.

Post the receipt of the "attempted" wire transfer and/or an email from the bank that you sent the wire transfer from (you can always ask your bank to do this) indicating that there was actually missing account info, causing the wire transfer to bounce back.

As what has been in there? The money? So why did it taken since September of 2012 for him to receive the full amount?
Also, it'd help if you included a picture/email/screenshot of your order form to BBS for the wheels in henry418's specs, so that we all know you guys actually tried to order the wheels for him.

Btw, you can view your PayPal payment log to as far back as 2 years ago, by choosing to download history in the history section.
