Honestly, start with ZHP or F10 M5 knob. I know it has nothing to do with the clutch pedal, but it greatly helped my shifting. And also, your car is new. IMHO, it takes time to get used to it.

Having had my car since last July, I can safely say I can shift this car smoother than any of my previous BMW's apart from maybe my E30 vert.
