What do you mean "motorcycles with no radar signal". Do you mean cops on motorcycles that pace you to get your speed?
Even with detectors and jammers, you're best countermeasure against getting a ticket will always be your situational awareness. Detectors can help, but you still need to keep your eyes peeled. I've been saved many times by the V1, but even more times by spotting law enforcement officials from far away by keeping a good visual scan. I pick them up before the V1 since they are usually saving their radar/laser shot for instant on.
