Of course you can use locking lug nuts, but they aren't any easier to steal than the OEM wheel bolts. I don't believe in locking lug nuts although most aftermarket lugs use a key of some kind that does make it slightly harder to steal without the key. Bottom line is if someone wants your wheels they are going to get them. A hammer and the right socket will get just about any wheel lock off.
