These fly-by-night wheel companies have been popping up left and right, because people will spend silly amounts of money to be "individual" and make their car stand out. Regardless of how expensive these poorly made wheels are, it just makes sense to stick with a well-respected, established, competition-proven wheel for track use: BBS. Rays/Volk. Forgeline. CCW. HRE. OEM BMW (typically BBS).
