AD08's or PSS are your best options. Both are available in 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 sizes. I don't think the Bridgestone's are available in those sizes which I think are ideal for ZCP wheels. Based on your desire for max grip, the AD08's are best but you do sacrifice noise and tire life over the PSS. You can't really go wrong with either option.
