I don't have the answer but just wanted to mention that the shop didn't even put anti-squeal lube on the pads and they still don't make any noise at all. I suppose you could try that but it wasn't needed on mine. Maybe there is dirt or something between the pad and caliper or maybe an issue with the install ?
