There will be some trade offs but it all depends what you are looking for.
There are definitely some wheels and exhausts on the market that may ruin the symmetry of your car. From looking at your signature it seems that you have chosen two solid companies so far (For your wheels and Exhaust).
In every market there are going to be companies who's aftermarket parts are not "up to par" (the negatives will definitely come out at this point). You seem like you have been doing a good job choosing companies who can offer you quality products that do not compromise everything you have come to love about your M3, just keep researching before you purchase and you should be fine.
