Overall tire diameter is shorter than ideal, but that would be a direct fitment. You could use a 12mm spacer up front, but it's functionally not needed.
I am assuming these are for an E90 M3.
If you buy tires in the future you'd want them to be taller in the rear and wider/taller in the front.
