Shop for oil change?
Gang,
I am driving to NorCal in two weeks but I'd like to get oil changed (E92 M3, ~8000miles on it) I wanted to DIY but I live in apt and there's no proper tools (ramp, jack) for me to do so. I asked my SA for a quote but haven't heard from him yet. I've also asked a shop how much they would charge if I bring my oils and filter in and have they change oil (I said M3 needs special oil so I do prepare) the guy said $20 for labor which sounds fair but IDK if everyone knows how to change it. Then I thought about independent BMW services around the greater seattle area, but my only concern is whether they will use recommended oil or not? could you recommend some independent service which use genuine bmw parts? Thanks a lot!
