there was one started with lots of info, but i started my diet last friday, it goes like this
8am 2 pills of lipo6
9am 2 omega eggs, 2 egg whites
11am protein shake
1pm 8oz of chicken, with a few veggies
1:30pm Animal Pak vitamins
3pm protein shake
5pm 2 pills of lipo6
6pm 8oz of salmon, or swordfish, or red meat, with veggies
8pm 2 omega eggs, and 2 egg whites
10pm protein shake
I've been 5 days on this diet, and i can already tell is working great, but its really boring, just like you i haven't really been lifting hard just a few work outs here and there, but i've been running and hitting the puching bag..
