Its surface outer layer damage, so it hasn't penetrated the Carbon Fiber which is a good thing. If its deep enough on that outer layer you will need to have to it sanded down and you need to have it clearcoated. Add 3-5 coats to make sure there is no problem. Go to a high quality auto body shop. Since its just clearcoat the difference in pricing between that and a more affordable shop should not be very much.
