Expansions don't add to your vet status, demos certainly won't do anything.
Just get on EA Live Chat (from Origin.com) and say that you're having trouble getting your vet status updated. They will just add the games that you say you have manually. No need to look up your CD-keys.
Also you only sign up once for the newsletter and then pray that you get the alpha-invite email.
