At the end of the day, everyone has their dealership horror stories, so do your research and ask around. Do a search on this forum or e90post and you'll find threads on local dealership and SA recommendations.

Thanks for the tip. Do you have the name of the particular tech? Or is he the only one that does work on M cars? BMW of Fairfax is the closest to me from what I can tell.
