Maybe M certified was the wrong wording. According to my dealer - BMW is starting new M section at 40 of its USA dealers.
It is a certain Motorsport Area will be built inside the dealership and these 40 dealers will get the special edition cars only.
I have a feeling it went to the great dealers in the country.
