Stock will handle better and ride better than any of the set-ups you mentioned. The reality is that a more compliant suspension will out handle a stiffer one in real world (back roads) situations. The lowering does not improve handling since the lowered center of gravity is offset by the compromised suspension geometry. I'd venture to say that even on the track, the stock suspension will win out over the spring swap solutions.
