FWIW, in case anyone is interested, there is a nice looking Interlagos Blue (ignore their LeMans Blue statement) 2011 E90 M3 with 10k miles at BMW Midtown in Houston. This is the car I was pondering when I bought mine a few weeks ago.
They have been coming down on price a lot and are now down to 51.9k I think. One could probably get them to CPO it and be out the door for 54k or less. It's in service date was in the Fall of 2011 if I recall correctly (although the Carfax shows it was bought in OK but not imported until this past Fall, so perhaps it was a military purchase or something, not sure, but I was going to investigate it further if my deal fell through).
It is a no sunroof E90 with 6MT but with most all other options, so it was exactly what I was looking for, and non-sunroof late model E90s are very hard to come by. If I had gotten it, the color scheme almost perfectly matches my LeMans Blue M5 but the insert color in the seats has a bit of blue in the silver I suppose...anyway, that part intrigued me.
