Hi Mate,
I have confirmed with my local BMW dealership in Brunei and ex-BMW dealership in Australia, that the camber can be adjusted at any Wheel services shop.
My bro-in-law who owns a Tyre & Wheels services shop has recommended me the H&R springs for vehicles that have the EDC. Have a look at the link:
