Take a trip over to
HPFP-ville for a few minutes if you want to talk about epic reliability failure. In any event, anyone who buys a German car for its perceived reliability doesn't know how to read. Pick up any Consumer Reports from the past 20 years and you'll see that none of MB, Audi or BMW are very shop-immune. You're buying German because you want a solid, entertaining car that will keep you safe.
