It will be quite obvious. The tire will look something like these examples. These examples are further than you will take your tires if you check them after each 20-30 minute session.
BMW recommends 88 ft-lbs I believe. I set my wrench on 90 ft-lbs. Be sure not to look at the metric scale on your wrench as I did one time.
