That is so awesome you got to see the new M3. I haven't been on the boards lately, but I ordered the 2007 M3 (as it was rumored to be at the time) back in 2003 and I am still waiting and waiting.

Now with all this talk of the 335i and the EXEDE/Vishnu tuning making such ridiculous power I am thinking of just getting the 335i and throwing on the aero kit. It will definitely be nearly as fast and probably get 50% better gase mileage than the next M3 anyway...

Need to ask you about your wheels. Where did you order them and what are the exact specs of your tires? Amazing combo bro. Looks fantastic!

As for your M3 thoughts... I have the exact same opinion as of today with the car looking as it does... I love how it drives and I love how it looks and sounds. There are a few things I still want to do. First and foremost are shadowline and Vishnu, of course. As soon as the M5 style bumper comes out for the coupe, I'll put that on as well as the decklid lip spoiler... and I'll continue to be completely satisfied. That being said... I KNOW as soon as the M3's hit, dealers are going to be getting minimum of $10K over (at least in my neck of the woods) so a $65K car will become $75 and as much as I'll want one immediately... From a financial standpoint, I'll simply have to wait a bit. So why not own an awesome car that's the closest thing in the meantime. I'll definitely get the M3... just not sure when it'll be feasable.

Anyway... back to your question... the wheels came from a local wheel shop here in Los Angeles, but they're the more accurate italian M5 type reps... the ones WITHOUT the little lip around the edge. They fade out to the tire line just like the actual M5 wheels. Anyway, they're 8.5x19 and 9.5x19 wearing 235/35's up front and 275/30's in the rear. It's a nice set up. I like it anyway. I have to say though... it looks way better and more "settled" in person than it does in the pics I posted. I'm not gonna play... it's no e92 M3, but it's damn good.
