I'm looking at the fees for the purchase order and was wondering what you think about these fees.

Vehicle Inventory Tax: 157.81
Smog Fee: 21.75
Deputy: 5.00
Documentation Fee: 50.00
Road and Bridge: 11.50

Are they mandatory or bogus?
