I'm using Racelogic's PerformanceBox and I've been able to find all kinds of time around my favorite circuit by just looking at where I'm going slow and where I'm going fast. On my last day out, yesterday, I made a quarter-second faster time through one sector on a cool-down lap (compared to my best lap of the day) because I cut two of the corners and took a shorter route at a slower speed while I was relaxing on my way back to the paddock.
You just never know...
