Bringing an old thread back from the dead.

Has anyone tried the CSL or ZCP wheels on the E92?

I did some calculations of comparisons between the different wheels to calculate how "tucked in" the ZCP wheels would be on the E92. Using the numbers from south's post #15.

ZCP Front, offset of 47mm on a 8" wheel means the wheel extends out from the hub 54.5mm

E92M3 Front, offset of 29 on a 8.5" wheels means the wheel extends out from the hub 79mm.

A difference of 24.5mm or .964" with the ZCP wheel more "tucked in" or narrower track on the car.

If you used the ZCP rear wheel on the front, here are the numbers. Offset of 27mm on a 9.5" wheel means the wheel extends out from the hub 93.65mm

A difference of 14.65mm or .576" wider than the stock E92M3 wheel. Might fit??

I love the ZCP wheels, and I'd love to put them on my E92M3, however using a 25mm spacer on the front doesn't excite me at all.

Any comments or thoughts?
