The Driver's Edge is the only DE org in TX that I know of that allows advanced students to take passengers...and M club of course. PCA and BMWCCA are VERY strict about passengers. Most other orgs allow ride alongs with instructors only.

The Driver's Edge allows passengers only with approved Red Advanced students. Red in the driver's edge is mostly solo but you are very closely watched from afar because of past issues and certain privileges you have (pass with point by anywhere and allowed to take passengers). Driver's Edge keeps very good records on their drivers as well. So they take a lot of measures to reduce the risk of something happening. So far, nothing has happened and everyone for the most part plays nice. The passing anywhere is fantastic!

Although I've seen an org in the upper midwest which seems to allow passengers with intermediates and advanced students.
