"So, I was able to sit down with our sales rep and finance head at Classic BMW in Plano, TX.

Here's what I worked out:

71.5k MSRP E90 M3, Fully loaded minus Rear Parking Sensor and Shades.

3.5k off MSRP.
2.5k instant BMW credit.
----------------
6k Total off sticker, which we can guestimate to be at/or $500 above invoice.
For this dealer, which ranked Top 12 in the country, we were more than pleased with the offer.

They would not go ANY lower after playing hard ball for a good 3 hours. Thought there was at least another $500 we could have knocked off, but this didn't make a big dif. in payment.
We are already getting a prime rate due to flawless credit, so that was non-negotiable.

We chose a 10k, 36mo. lease to help get the payment to ~950/mo.

Now, about the 120-day deal, I found out much more information!
At work now but will definitely explain everything when I'm home.

Stay tuned.

As of April 6th I will be the proud owner of a 2010 E90 Jet Black/Black M3.

I am being offered 71,500 from an MSRP of 73955. I think they would take 70,500. Then I tell them about the 2500 off (what is the 2500 off for? Do they have to represent this 2500 off?) and the price is about 1000 or so under invoice. Is that a good deal for a coupe? What do I say to get the 2500 off? Thanks
