Invoice pricing for that car is around $68,850 (93.1% of MSRP). I would say that you want to be around $500 over invoice this late in the game. So, you want to hit around ~$69.5k.

So, you get $2500 for the spring sales event (which brings you to $71.5k), then I'd ask for at least $2k off the car.

Hopefully that makes sense.

I also found out how to calculate invoice after the deal on my car was done. It looks like I made out pretty well on my deal...if it goes through =/
