I can update it remotely for you, even if you have the CIC retrofitted. Factory tools is my preference.

M3PO: Thank you for your comments. I appreciate that you are genuinely interested in the information and am happy to help. I did check the knock sensitivity a few other things in the file, most seems to be the same. They probably made some changes to the actual operating system portion of the programming which controls ion sensitivity handling, or something to that effect. There are always things they are changing in the code as they get reports from the field on issues customers experience. That's not to say that someone on 180E software wouldn't have error free operation. The ECU has to adjust to many different environmental factors.
