There are crosshairs on the inside of the bumper for where you need to drill. Just drill a small pilot hole there and then use the proper stepped drill bit (mentioned in first post I think) to widen them. Some of my holes are off by maybe 1/8" due to the drill walking on the initial pilot hole but from the outside you can't tell at all.
