I agree - I'm using the Winter Sport 3D in the 235/40 and 255/40 18" sizes on my M3 and this setup performs well in the winter. Dry and wet grip are obviously not at the levels of the PS2 but they're decent and predictable - much better than an ice/deep snow winter tire!
