64K to me is a great price on a new 2010 M3 Coupe IF it has every available option. MSRP should be $76,505. That's over 12K off msrp and about $6,400 under dealer invoice. I wish I got that kind of deal 3 months ago. But I guess with the 2011's coming out shortly, the dealers are getting quite a large incentive to move the 2010's.

As to paying if off at the first payment, back in
2004, I purchased a new 2005 Dodge Magnum RT (don't ask). Anyway, at the time I was going to pay for it in full but Chrysler Financial was giving a $2,000 credit at time of purchase if financed through Chrysler Financial. So I financed it and payed it off in full at the first payment. No penalty and it did not harm my credit rating.
