With apologies for bringing this thread back from the dead, I searched and it seemed the best one to bump:
Ordered a frosted anti slip no inserts upper left extension M3 pedal from
www.ultimatepedals.com today. $93.00 plus shipping.
I called and rep indicated it would be none-pocketed; I did not want any M3 emblems or what not.
I plan to paint it with a couple coats of canyon black satin before install, I did the same on my E46 and liked it; very subtle.
