As for those front of the line passes.. now disney has a fastpass program. You go to certain rides, and take a ticket. And it has a time where you come back and you wont have to wait as long. So you can grab like 4-5 fastpasses at a time.

I just didn't want to spend all my time standing in line and for a 4 y/o that seems like eternity. But if the wait is not that long then it might be ok. How far are the other hotels? Do you know of the names? Thanks for all the info!
