They are but in reality, they're in two different tiers. Performance on these two tires are a little different in my opinion. I feel though as the NT05 is more oriented for auto-x use where the tire requires very little time to heat up while the AD08 is made more for track users doing more than 10+ laps a session. Don't get me wrong though, NT05 is an amazing tire for the price.
