I'd say keep it. Probably supercharge it and/or get a BBK to not get bored for few more years, and save some money for the next car. If you do not want to switch to DCT, other things you mentioned are not really worth the switch, and unless you trashed your car badly, the new car will still be the same car. I understand getting the same model once your lease runs out, but with a purchased car it is not as compelling. It may seem like a good decision now, but once you spend some cash and realize you still get into the SAME car every day, it may not make as much sense anymore. Modding (even though I do not like it personally) may be a better way to get things more exciting, unless all you care is color or stuff like that.
