If that will help you stay within your calorie limit for the day then so be it, but cutting weight doesn't mean that you have to eat the same thing day in and day out. i'm sticking to it for now because it's easy to maintain a caloric limit with that. i'm also doing turkey sandwiches. i'll add more stuff later, but for now, this is easiest for me to stick to. a tablespoon teriyaki sauce spices it up a little so it's like having chinese food every night.
