I've seen them in catalogs for the generic E9x series. However,

1. The later models ('09+ ???) have a different headrest that is harder to take out. It can be done, but it involves more work because BMW changed it to some sort of active head rest. I'm not sure, other than making it more difficult to replace, if there are any other ramifications for headrest monitors. If you look at the monitors BMW puts in the latest 7 series you can see that they are not "in" the headrest. They sit in a pad behind the full headrest. Looks stupid IMHO.

2. I haven't seen anything specific to the M3. So you may not be able to match the leather (Novillo) and the color with aftermarket monitor headrests.

Hope this info helps. Let us know if you find any more information. I won't be doing this since I take the kids in the SUV which has a DVD and monitor that hinges from the roof. But it is something I half-way looked into for the M3.
