Not that any SA I have dealt with are even "good", but I go to Rusnak because I have a friend who is a service tech there and exclusively works on my car  . I actually don't even deal with the SA anymore I just text my friend drop my car off and he will tell me when its ready.

i have 2 techs at 2 different dealerships... but 1 tech is on leave due to injury and the other is more of a friend of a friend
i wouldn't mind getting to know your tech
